The guide rails are mounted on the tile/slab using the fixing suction cups and the cutting head is guided along the rails.
Rail system can be divided in the centre - 2x 166 cm cutting length. Connection via 2-point guide and stabilising internal hexagonal piece.

Sigma KeraFlex 38F11D cutting carriage | angle grinder cutting system for Sigma Kera Cut S8AE2
The new Sigma Kera Flex proves to be a reliable cutting system for large-format porcelain stoneware tiles up to 12 mm, granite up to 25 mm thick and also as a guide rail including depth adjustment for subsequent cutting of expansion joints.
Despite advanced breaking devices, some porcelain stoneware tiles can no longer be cut by hand in the traditional way. They must therefore be cut with a diamond disc.
The Kera Flex cutting carriage can be easily mounted on the Sigma Kera-Cut cutting rail 8AE2 (332cm) using the three ball bearings. It is then operated with a standard 115/125mm angle grinder.
The cutting depth can be adjusted as required using an adjusting screw on the side.
A highlight of this system is the dust extraction device.
Simply connect a hoover and cut virtually dust-free within the room.
