The DRYGRES 4DRILL MINI SET is recommended for drilling all types of tiles, especially porcelain stoneware, and other tile materials such as marble and granite. Thanks to vacuum welding technology, the temperature and friction resistance has been increased, thus extending the service life.
The DRYGRES 4DRILL SET contains 4 diamond dry core bits with diameters of 6, 8, 10 and 12 mm.
Their hexagonal shank enables quick connection to drill bits with a 13 mm holder. The drilling depth is 36 mm for the 6, 8 and 10 mm diameters and 40 mm for the 12 mm drill bit. The 4DRILL diamond dry core bits contain cooling wax inside. This wax melts during use of the core bit and improves cooling and the removal of drilling residues. (Once the wax is used up, the core bit can still be used. Only the total loss of the diamond grains indicates the end of the service life).
The recommended minimum operating speed for DRYGRES tile drills is 1000 rpm. For a better finish and a longer service life of the drill bit, it is important to maintain the correct rotation speed and to perform a slight oscillating movement during drilling and to ensure that no residue of the drilling material remains inside the drill bit after drilling is complete.
