Functionality / Application:
1. insert the tabs into the joints during laying
When laying a tile, the pull tabs are placed on the edges so that the tile lies on the base plate of the pull tab.
The neighbouring tile is now laid so that only the tab between the tiles protrudes from the joint.
The joint width must be at least 1.6 mm. Suitable for tiles with a thickness of 3 to 12 mm.
2. insert the wedges into the tabs and press in with the pliers
Now insert the wedges into the protruding tabs. Use the floor pliers to press the wedge into the tab. This levels the tiles to a common height.
One after the other, all wedges are pressed firmly into the tabs to level all tiles to the same height.
3. step off or knock off levelling wedges and tabs
After the adhesive has hardened, the tabs can be stepped or knocked off with the levelling wedges using the foot or a rubber mallet. Only ever step or knock off the tabs in the longitudinal direction. The tabs break off cleanly and can be swept together after removal.
The wedges can be reused.
The tile wedges are supplied in brown or green, subject to availability.
