The TZ tile cutters represent a new concept for cutting tiles and porcelain stoneware; they have excellent cutting capabilities and innovative technical solutions.
The Rubi TZ 1800 tile cutter has a breaking force of 1500 kg and its exclusive and patented breaking mechanism allows the tiler to operate the tile cutter with just one hand, which naturally makes work much easier, especially with large format tiles.
Thanks to the patented head guide system, the TZ allows smooth and precise scoring, even when the load pressure increases during scoring. The geometry of the extruded aluminium guides ensures optimum behaviour of the scoring carriage and thus reduces the effort required for cutting. In combination with the guides, the steel frame of the TZ gives the tile cutter maximum torsional rigidity.
The Rubi TZ series has been specially designed for processing large-format tiles. The enormous cutting capacity and crushing force of 1500 kg allows tiles up to a thickness of 21 mm to be cut. The working position and power of the device can be adjusted depending on the material thickness.
The rotating angle equipped with removable ends and locking system guarantees cutting precision and facilitates angled cuts. The 30 cm long, patented side stop provides a large support surface for repeated cuts on large-format tiles.
The TZ 1800 is equipped with wheels and a transport handle. A strong textile bag is used to transport and protect the tile cutter.
