The RUBI TRILLER CAS ENERGY is a battery-powered, lightweight and compact tile vibrator specially designed to avoid the formation of encapsulated air bubbles between the adhesive and the back of the tile.
The CAS Energy vibrator is particularly recommended for laying porcelain stoneware tiles. Especially in formats larger than 300 cm x 100 cm. It can also be used for the installation and correct fixing of decoupling or waterproofing membranes.
The Cas Energy's low weight of just 5.8 kg and the KABELLOS system make it easy to use on vertical surfaces and when working at height. In addition, the design of the carbon steel floating chassis has a vibration reduction system that prevents vibrations from being transmitted to the user. This enables longer use, less effort and more comfort. The double handle with soft grip offers the user great ergonomics and comfort. Its geometry enables better control and stability of the tool.
The contact surface with the tile leaves no marks. The Triller Cas Energy vibrator has a speed regulator to adapt the vibration to the material being laid. It also has a power cut-off safety system.
The RUBI TRILLER CAS ENERGY is powered by a 12V 4 Ah Li-HD battery (compatible with the 12V 4 Ah batteries of the METABO CAS platform). The tile vibrator has an LED display that shows the charge status. When the display shows 4 green LEDs, this means that the battery has reached 100% of its capacity.
