The DCX-250 Xpert from RUBI is designed for intensive cutting of porcelain tiles (BIa) and all other ceramic tiles (BIIa / BIIb / BIII / AIb) and also allows the occasional cutting of natural stone.
The electric cutter offers a reinforced aluminium chassis with an innovative triple beam system and steel fronts to improve the stability and rigidity of the entire chassis.
The moving head is supported by a reinforced guide, also made of aluminium, to achieve a better and more precise finish when cutting. This system also has a powerful "piercing effect" that allows the cutting height to be adjusted to the user's needs.
The DCX-250 Xpert from RUBI is equipped with the C3 Phyton cooling system, which allows the water application point to be adjusted according to the thickness of the material. This ensures that the water hits the cutting point directly. The C3 Phyton system makes it possible to increase the efficiency of cooling and reduces dispersion and water loss. More efficient cooling also helps to increase the performance of the diamond blade.
The cooling system is complemented by a double steel decanter for more efficient recovery of used water, which is channelled into the external 30-litre water tank. The use of an external tank makes handling easier and faster during cleaning and filling operations.
The tile cutter is equipped with reinforced handles and wheels (all-terrain) to facilitate transport and handling of the cutter. The folding and reinforced legs have a quick-locking system and a safety device that prevents accidental folding during work. In addition, the DCX has an adjustment device that ensures correct levelling of the cutting table.
Always thinking about the safety of the professional, RUBI equips the DCX-250 Xpert with its patented ZERO DUST system, certified by the TNO *, which allows safe exposure to % silica from ceramic materials and natural stones thanks to the reduction of respirable dust particles generated during cutting.
