	The subject of the business is the trade of goods in the categories diamond tools, tile laying tools, tile cutters, machines, and tools.

	The collection, processing, transfer, and use of data is carried out to fulfill the aforementioned purposes.

6.	Description of the affected groups of persons and the data or categories of data:
	Customer data, employee data, as well as data from suppliers and other business partners, as far as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned in 5.

	Upon request, we will be happy to inform you of the processes in which your data may be stored and what data it concerns.

7.	Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be disclosed:
	Public authorities when required by mandatory legal provisions, external contractors according to § 11 BDSG, as well as external parties and internal Werkmax departments to fulfill the purposes mentioned in 5.
