Doc Dustfree - flexing without dust and mobile tile cutting
Developed, Designed and Made in Germany - Kronen-Hansa-Werk Lohne
The Kronen Hansa Doc Dustfree cutting table is an innovative product for cutting tiles and slabs as dust-free as possible with an angle grinder.
This is achieved in combination with a connected hoover, so that the dust box in combination with a standard hoover form an ideal team for reducing the dust produced. When fully assembled, the DDF has a handy size of L 52 x W 34 x H 8.3 cm and a low weight of 2.2 kg. The successful appliance design with rounded corners and edges is striking.
The support body with four sturdy feet at the corners ensures a firm stand. In addition, two support elements are positioned in the centre of the underside. In the event of a heavy load, deflection is counteracted and a secure stand is guaranteed.
These elements are designed to be two millimetres shorter than the corner feet, which prevents "wobbling" during normal operation. In addition, an ingenious rib system on the underside ensures stability.
Multifunctional, for cutting even larger panels
Support arms attached to the side of the base body can be folded out to a length of 41 cm and spread up to 225 degrees. This results in a support tableau of up to 115 cm in one direction and 134 cm in the other,
If the support arms are no longer required, they can simply be folded back in again. The elements lock automatically and, when folded, form a single unit with the base body for safe transport.
The Doc Dustfree has a cutting guide that also serves as a cover plate with a straight slot (20 x 2.2 cm). The covers are clicked into grooves via the dust channel of the base body.
A tandem against dust: DocDustFree and your hoover
The suction guide using a connected hoover in the dust channel of the base body is designed for high efficiency. For this purpose, a separate dust duct cover with a small opening in the front area is fitted underneath the cover plate, which enables powerful dust extraction.
The system works by creating a vacuum in this intermediate duct, which causes the suction effect of the extracted dust air without any loss of pressure over the entire surface.
In practice, every user quickly realises how effective this type of dust reduction is. In order to be able to use the most common hoovers, a reduction adapter is included in the accessories. The conical shape means that hoover hoses between 25 and 42 mm in diameter can be safely accommodated.
